This course was jointly organized by IIDL and GRAAM. This course aimed at familiarizing the learners with the key concepts and theories of Public Policy. The course gives the opportunity to gain the knowledge and understanding of policy making, and implement policies informed by facts rather than opinion or instinct.

The second online training course was organised by Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini from 17th August to 21st August, 2020. Honourable Chairperson of National Commission for Protection of Child Rights Mr. Priyank Kanoongo inaugurated the Online Course and was concluded by former Secretary Ministry of Panchayati Raj J S Mathur Ji . It was a five-days online course in which total 5 sessions were being taken by different Hon’ble Speakers of GRAAM Dr R Balasubramaniam, Dr. Ananya Samajdar, Dr Basavaraju R. 24 Social participants having different background participated in this online course which represented 9 states of India, out of 24 students 13 were females. The inaugural session details of the sessions are given below:
